We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without notice and at our discretion. In respect of the Law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6th 1978, as modified in 2004, the Site is covered by the CNIL (National Commission of Informatics and Liberties) declaration n° 1621445.

Your personal data collected by ERP SAS is subject to IT processing to perform customers management operations including sale, marketing, maintenance, verification and statistical analysis and support to services proposed by ERP. Your personal data collected through this website may be provided by ERP to other entities of the ERP group within the European Union and outside the European Union. The entities of ERP group implement some internal policies to secure the highest level of protection of your data.
From time to time, ERP accountants or subcontractors who have a need to know may also be entrusted with the information. to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us; to allow you to participate in features of our service, when you choose to do so; to notify you about changes to our service; otherwise as permitted under applicable law.

There is no obligation to provide your data to ERP. Any data our Members enter within the Members login section in application of a signed membership agreement is subject to the confidentiality terms contained in the Membership Agreement.

You will not use this Site or any of its facilities and/or services for any illegal or unlawful purpose or for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms.
