ERP Spain collaborates with the new battery recycling campaign in Granada

• Together with Granada City Council and Inagra

Once again this year, ERP España is collaborating on the campaign run by Granada City Council and Ingeniería Ambiental Granadina (Inagra), aimed at increasing the numbers of batteries recycled in the city. The objective is to improve figures for 2018, when more than 20 tonnes of batteries and accumulators were collected, almost 15% more than in 2017.

Under the slogan Enchúfate al reciclaje de pilas y cárgate de energía positiva (Get plugged in recycling batteries and charge yourself with positive energy), the campaign has redesigned its image from last year's while maintaining the Recopilator robot, a figure recognise throughout the schools of Granada where pupils will once again will be offered recycling workshops. The campaign includes the free installation of a small, 20 litre containers where customers can deposit used batteries, in the commercial outlets of Granada.
