ERP Spain and the Spanish Federation of Associations of Machinery Manufacturers for Hospitality, Collectivities ans Related Industries (FELAC) delivered a joint seminar with the aim of providing companies from this professional equipment segment with an introduction to the legal obligations of manufactures and importers in relation to extended producer responsibility and recent legislation introduced in the area in Spain.

ERP Spain's speakers gave a full picture of electrical and electronic waste management today, the legal obligations of manufacturers and importers, and the latest news introduced by Royal Decree 27/2021 on WEEE, partially amending the Royal Decree on WEEE and batteries and accumulators.
