On 19th of July 2018, the Supervisory and Control Committee approved the “transcoding” table fot the correct assignment of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) in the new types contained in Annex IV of Legislative Decree 49/2014.
The latter annex has been appropriately integrated by the Supervisory and Control Committee with the aim of facilitating the producers of EEE with regard to the correct classification of their equipment.

The Ministries of the Environment and Economic Development have approved the Ministerial Decree containing the Standard Articles of Association for Compliance schemes that deal with the management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), under Legislative Decree No. 49/2014.
