Discover the answers published by the Supervisory and Control Committee about some doubts regarding the Legislative Decree n. 49/2014’s scope.
On 19th of July 2018, the Supervisory and Control Committee approved the “transcoding” table fot the correct assignment of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) in the new types contained in Annex IV of Legislative Decree 49/2014.
The latter annex has been appropriately integrated by the Supervisory and Control Committee with the aim of facilitating the producers of EEE with regard to the correct classification of their equipment.

The Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea published the guidelines containing the operating instructions defining the “open” scope of Legislative Decree o. 49/2014.

The Ministries of the Environment and Economic Development have approved the Ministerial Decree containing the Standard Articles of Association for Compliance schemes that deal with the management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), under Legislative Decree No. 49/2014.

Green Alley Award – The first European competition for “green” start-ups

The Green Alley Award is an european competition aimed at all start-ups and young entrepreneurs that promotes the most innovative solutions in the areas of recycling and the best ideas regarding waste treatment in order to recover and reuse important resources.
