On 19th of July 2018, the Supervisory and Control Committee approved the “transcoding” table fot the correct assignment of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) in the new types contained in Annex IV of Legislative Decree 49/2014. The latter annex has been appropriately integrated by the Supervisory and Control Committee with the aim of facilitating the producers of EEE with regard to the correct classification of their equipment.
