ERP Netherlands is a registered producer responsibility organisation (PRO) for textiles in the Netherlands. Joining our scheme will simplify your work processes leaving you to focus on your core business activities.

We will take on your collection, preparation for reuse and recycling obligations – using approved treatment facilities to recycle enough material on your behalf.

To fulfil our PRO’s obligations and meet targets on behalf of our members, we ask Members to report annually the weight of textile products put on the Dutch market and pay a Service Fee.

Service Fee 2025

For 2025, the Service Fee is 0.20 € (twenty Eurocents) per kilogram of textile products placed on the market by a Member in 2024.

On behalf of its Members, ERP Netherlands organises the collection, preparation for reuse, and recycling of textiles and textile waste. The Textile EPR Decree has introduced ambitious targets in which ERP Netherlands participates in the development of the collection and processing of end-of-life textile products.

Collection, sorting, reuse and recycling operations are key elements in reaching textiles circularity.

One of ERP’s missions is to support and facilitate the development of textile and textile waste management practices.
