Calling All Battery & WEEE Recycling Champions!!!

ERP Ireland would like to put a call out to all businesses, community groups and schools in Ireland that have established a battery or WEEE recycling programme to enter the Pakman Awards 2022 and become a Recycling Champion! Now in its eighth year, the national environmental and sustainability awards honour organisations, businesses, community groups and individuals across the country, who demonstrate best practice and innovation in recycling and waste management and help support Ireland’s transition to a circular economy.

With 10 categories, the 2022 Pakman Awards are now open for entries. ERP Ireland is inviting you to enter for The Battery and WEEE Champion category which recognises initiatives that increase awareness and take-back of waste batteries and electrical waste. You can enter more than one category for free on Pakman.ie and the closing date is 23rd of September 2022.

By entering the Pakman Awards, you have the opportunity to highlight your environmental achievements to a national audience with the potential of winning a national environmental award for your endeavours.
