ERP are reliable, responsive and supportive with business as usual, as well as new ideas and projects. They understand WLWA’s vision and are flexible in adapting to meet our needs.
I have worked in partnership with ERP since the introduction of the WEEE regulations. They have provided an excellent service in this time and have always been ready and willing to help with any issue that has arisen. This has enabled us as a Local authority to deliver an excellent service for waste electrical.
ERP have always been on hand to guide and assist the Council in navigating Duty of Care and compliance. The management of all collection and process contracts from our sites has been superb and staff are always willing to help us provide a better service for our residents.
