Our mission is to help members manage their producer responsibilities efficiently and globally for WEEE, batteries, packaging and, most recently, textiles – all supported by our unique data services.
As a company, we were founded by producers for producers, and we aim to provide our members with high-quality compliance at the best possible and fairest price.

Founded in 2002 by Hewlett-Packard, Electrolux, Sony, and Procter & Gamble, ERP was the first multi-country solution for EPR compliance as a response to the WEEE Directive.

We are the first compliance scheme authorised to operate in different countries. We were created in response to the first EU Directive on WEEE in 2002.
Throughout the years, ERP has gained valuable experience internationally and we currently form the largest worldwide network of experts in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
