We help you manage your responsibilities

Our mission is to help members manage their producer responsibilities efficiently and globally for WEEE, batteries, packaging and, most recently, textiles – all supported by our unique data services.

As a company, we were founded by producers for producers, and we aim to provide our members with high-quality compliance at the best possible and fairest price.

We simplify the complexities of compliance, reporting and waste management.

Our circular solutions for producers and brands are available across nearly 40 PROs globally, such as Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK.

Founded in 2002 by Hewlett-Packard, Electrolux, Sony, and Procter & Gamble, ERP was the first multi-country solution for EPR compliance as a response to the WEEE Directive.

ERP

Environmental impact across borders

Our Producer Responsibility Organisations (PRO) meet the collection targets in every country where we operate, meeting the legal obligations of our members and keeping them fully compliant.

Operating in a competitive environment, these PROs showed a strong focus on driving innovation and improving the services offered to our members.

International trade and increasing consumption make recycling an urgent and overly complex task.

ERP helps focus the effort to achieve the greatest possible impact for consumers, producers, and society.
