ERP Netherlands: Click & Comply Shop

February 11th, 2025

To help producers navigate the new EPR regulations, ERP Netherlands is launching the Compliance Service 2025 on its Click & Comply Shop.

Starting 1st January 2025, the extended producer responsibility (EPR) regulation for textiles became fully operational in the Netherlands. This marks the first year in which compliance targets must be met.

To help producers navigate the new EPR regulations, ERP Netherlands is launching the Compliance Service 2025 on its Click & Comply Shop.

This service is specifically tailored for producers placing up to 10,000 kilograms of textile products on the Dutch market annually.

This dedicated service package simplifies compliance with the Dutch EPR regulation, which mandates producers to register, report and ensure the collection and recycling of their textile products.

Key features of the Compliance Service 2025 include:

  • Comprehensive compliance management: Complete support with all EPR obligations, including registration, reporting and coordination of textile collection and recycling, and
  • Flexible and scalable solutions: Packages cover compliance for up to 1,000 kg of textiles each, with options to scale up to 10 packages for a maximum of 10,000 kg
