Around 300 people attend the 2nd National WEEE Conference held in Valencia

• The Director General for Climate Change and Environmental Quality of the Generalitat Valenciana ceremonially closed the event in which around 50 speakers had participated.

Around 300 people have attended the 2nd National Conference on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Management, successfully held yesterday and today at the Palau de les Arts in Valencia. 50 speakers have participated throughout these two days in various roundtable sessions and presentations of innovative projects on WEEE management.

The organisers of this environmental meeting are the WEEE SCRAPs that operate on a national level, among which are ERP Spain, along with the Directorate General for Climate Change and Environmental Quality of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, the Environment, Climate Change and Rural Development of the Generalitat of Valencia. The event was attended by people from 95 organisations and institutions located in different Autonomous Communities.
