3rd National Congress on WEEE: a forum for debate on the “circular economy”

30 guest speakers, from representatives of Public Administrations to manufacturers of electrical appliances, through waste managers, experts and members of the Collective Extended Producer Responsibility Systems (SCRAPs), participated in the 3rd National Congress on the Management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), held on 17 and 18 October at the Palacio de Congresos in Toledo. The speakers participated over the two days in various roundtable sessions and presentations of innovative projects on WEEE management.

The organizers of this environmental meeting are the Collective Extended Producer Responsibility Systems (SCRAPs), among them the EUROPEAN RECYCLING PLATFORM (ERP). This edition had the institutional support of the Regional Ministry of Sustainable Development of Castilla-La Mancha and Toledo City Council.
