We are the first Producer Responsibility Organisation authorised to operate in multiple countries. ERP was established in response to the first EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in 2002.

Over the years, ERP and the Landbell Group have gained valuable international experience and now form the largest global network of experts in Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
