European Recycling Platform, to Showcase PRO EPR Textiles at Textile Recycling Expo in Brussels
European Recycling Platform (ERP), part of the Landbell Group, to Showcase PRO EPR Textiles at Textile Recycling Expo in Brussels
Amsterdam, Monday 19th of May 2025 – The European Recycling Platform (ERP) is pleased to announce its participation in the Textile Recycling Expo, taking place in Brussels on June 4-5, 2025. As a key industry player driving textile circularity, ERP will be present with its own booth, where it will introduce its PRO EPR Textiles compliance service, an initiative designed to support producers in meeting extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations.
As one of the first organisations to implement a dedicated EPR system for textiles, ERP initially launched its PRO EPR Textiles programme in the Netherlands and is now expanding its services to Spain and Italy. By establishing a reverse supply chain, ERP is ensuring a seamless system for textile collection, sorting, and high-value recycling, aligning with EU sustainability goals and national EPR legislation.
Being part of the Landbell Group, a global leader in environmental and chemical compliance solutions, ERP benefits from decades of expertise in helping businesses adapt to evolving circular economy regulations across multiple markets.
At the Textile Recycling Expo, ERP will demonstrate how its comprehensive compliance services simplify the complexities of EPR regulations, enabling businesses to focus on sustainable innovation and responsible textile production.
As part of the efforts made in terms of innovation and R&D to foster new circular economy solutions through the years, NOOSA™, will join the Textile Recycling Expo to unveil its breakthrough in circular textile innovation. As a Belgian startup pushing the boundaries of material science, NOOSA™ has developed a 100% bio-based, fully recyclable fiber that answers the industry’s call for scalable circularity. What sets NOOSA™ apart is its proprietary NOOCYCLE™ technology — a unique chemical recycling process that recovers high-quality fiber from used textiles without degradation. By combining material performance with end-of-life recyclability, NOOSA™ is redefining what’s possible in textile design, offering a credible and impactful alternative to traditional fibers.
Driving Global Circular Solutions for the Textile Industry
The transition to a sustainable textile industry requires a collaborative effort from producers, retailers, municipalities, and policymakers. As EPR regulations evolve, ERP remains committed to providing efficient compliance solutions while driving industry-wide change.
ERP invites all industry stakeholders to visit its stand at the Textile Recycling Expo to explore partnership opportunities and gain insights into its innovative EPR solutions.

About the European Recycling Platform
European Recycling Platform (ERP) was founded in 2004 in response to the introduction of the European Union’s Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. ERP’s mission is to ensure high-quality and cost-effective implementation of the WEEE, batteries and packaging directives, for the benefit of its customers and the environment.
In June 2014, ERP joined Landbell Group, a global platform for extended producer responsibility. ERP and Landbell Group have collected and treated over 8,5 million tonnes of packaging waste, 4,9 million tonnes of WEEE, and 145,000 tonnes of waste batteries.
ERP is the first and only company authorised to operate producer responsibility organisations in Austria, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and the UK. By passing on the advantages of multinational recycling operations to customers, ERP has proved to be the most competitive solution for companies in the countries where it operates for WEEE, batteries, packaging and textiles compliance, as well as take-back services.
