Trash EEE-lk to Shine a Spotlight on Everyday Personal Grooming Devices at Kaleidoscope
Standing at four metres tall and made from over 1,000 discarded electrical items
We’re looking forward to bringing our eco-art installation, Trash EEE-lk, to Kaleidoscope Presented by Glenveagh this summer.
As part of the exhibition, we’ll be highlighting the importance of recycling everyday personal grooming electrical items and encouraging people to think differently about the small electrical items they no longer use.
Standing 4 metres tall and made from over 1,000 discarded electrical items, including 100 personal grooming devices, the installation is designed to stop people in their tracks and start a conversation about recycling.
Items such as hairdryers, straighteners, battery-powered toothbrushes, electric shavers and trimmers will take centre stage in the campaign, underscoring the importance of proper disposal, as battery-related fires in bin trucks and waste treatment facilities continue to rise.
At Kaleidoscope Presented by Glenveagh, we’ll be encouraging families to pause, rethink and recycle - because small everyday actions can make a big difference.
