Pakman Awards 2024 Launched!

ERP Ireland would like to put a call out to all businesses, community groups and schools in Ireland that have established a battery or WEEE recycling programme to enter the Pakman Awards 2024 and become a Recycling Champion! The Pakman Awards are Ireland's leading National Environmental Awards that recognise excellence in recycling and waste management among businesses, organisations, community groups and individuals. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Awards.

The Awards are divided into 12 categories including the Overall Pakman Award, ranging from ESG Leader, Community Recycling Initiatives, Innovation in Waste Resource Products or Services to Business Recycling Champions and Waste Prevention Awards. There are two new categories for this year - Best Deposit Return Initiative and Best Single Use Plastic Initiative.

The awards are free to enter, all you need to do is: 1. Visit the website pakman.ie and select your desired category 2. Complete the entry form with your details and provide a compelling submission highlighting your achievements 3. Submit your entry before the deadline - 31st August, 2024
