In an effort to simplify our battery recycling solutions, we have created the Batteries request page for our members.

At ERP UK, we are constantly looking for ways to improve the delivery of our services; and the creation of this page is no different. Members can now access all the relevant information regarding battery box collection and delivery requests in one convenient location!

To enable the Operations Team to accurately track requests, we have also updated our battery box collection and delivery forms to generate reference numbers.

Please note, if your battery box is not collected within 30 working days or your new box has not arrived within 10 working days, contact our Operations Team via ukoperations@erp-recycling.org quoting your reference number and collection point details.
