• You have an annual turnover of £2 million or more
• You’re responsible for supplying and/or importing more than 50 tonnes of packaging and placing it onto the UK market
• If you are part of a UK Group of Companies, the entire Group will be classified as a Large Producer, if the Group’s combined metrics exceed both thresholds above.
