Coronavirus (COVID-19): ERP UK business operations update
Dear member, customer, supplier, collection point or business partner,
As for many other businesses in Europe and beyond, ERP UK’s business is affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The health and well-being of our employees, their families, partners and visitors is our first priority. We are therefore doing our very best to limit contamination risks.
As in many other businesses, travels and face-to-face meetings are strictly restricted and our staff is mostly working remotely in accordance with our Business Continuity Plan.
While it is our wish to continue delivering our services normally as long as it is safe to do so, the collection, transport and treatment of waste may require direct interactions between individuals. Thus government’s guidelines, which we closely follow, might impact our ability to organise the services.
Please reach out to your usual contact person at ERP UK via email address and mobile phone to be updated about the measures taken, as these may evolve quickly. Similarly, if your internal policies imply any operational changes (such as an interdiction of visitors) that may affect our work with you, please alert your usual contact.
Be reassured that if services are suspended or affected by those events beyond our control, we will do our best to resume our normal activity as soon as the conditions to safely do so are met.
We of course remain available for any question you may have.
Best regards
John Redmayne
