We are very pleased to share our 2023 sustainability report with you. This is the second year of preparing this report, and it can be credited to the contributions from colleagues from across the business.

What's in the report?

Our Sustainability Report is a public disclosure of our economic, social, and environmental performance. It addresses our governance structure and ethical principles. Early chapters of the report detail our group, employees, services, supply chain, and environmental footprint.

The heart of the report dives into our sustainability agenda. It outlines our Group-level sustainability strategies, celebrates sustainability initiatives, and concludes with an outlook for our sustainability journey.

Why does it matter?

More and more, our stakeholders are demanding sustainability disclosures. The report helps our customers, current and potential employees, and the broader public to understand our company and how we address our economic, social, and environmental challenges. It is proof of our commitment to responsible business practices, transparency, and accountability.
